It is really dangerous to not replace damaged receptacles. Especially when you are in dental clinic where there could be a lot of kids that could play with it. It is important to always switch off any appliances that would be plugged out of the receptacles. To be completely safe, have an experienced electrician replace your damaged receptacles. It may be easier to do it yourself without paying for an electrician but it is much safer to pay for professional help.
